BCSHS hosts weeklong applicants' demonstration and interview

On February 21-24, 2017, the Bayugan City Senior High School (BCSHS) hosted the demonstration and interview for Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) and Technical-Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) program teacher-applicants.
The demonstration and interview started at 8:30 a.m.. One classroom was intended for the ABM track, and 2 classrooms for the TVL track. Another classroom was accommodated for the interview.
Each applicant were given an hour to conduct their demonstration teaching. The demonstrators used different aids to showcase their teaching skills. Observers from the Division office and Master Teachers were judging them according to their performance. Each classroom for demonstration has three observers for rating.
In the interview, the applicants underwent to series of panelists. Three interviewers were seated at different tables. The interviewers were the Education Program Supervisors (EPS) from the DepEd Bayugan City Division. Each applicant were asked about their qualifications, work-related skills and personal information.
